If your end-customer applies for a refund from you and you, in turn, wish to apply for a refund from us, then please search for the order on Shopperr and click on the “open a ticket” button to fill in your application and/or upload photo as evidence. After verification, we will refund by crediting to your Shopperr E-Wallet.
