Only pending payment orders can be cancelled, so if you no longer need an unpaid order, find it on the awaiting payment tab and click on the cancel button next to the order to delete it.

Due to our automatic fulfillment procedure, once the order was paid on Shopperr, it is hard to cancel. In case that you no longer need a placed order, open a ticket on the order detail page,we will try to intercept it.
