Usage introduction:
1. First make sure that the power switch of the sharpener is disconnected; then connect the adapter and power supply; and finally turn on the switch of the sharpener.
2. Sharpening method
Place the knife into the left sharpening slot; sharpen at a constant speed from heel to tip for 3-8 seconds (4-6 seconds for metal knives, 6-8 seconds for ceramic knives). Please sharpen the knife according to the shape of the blade, do not use excessive force. Put the knife into the right sharpening slot in the same way (see Figures 3 and 4). In order to ensure the consistency of the blade, the tool should be sharpened in turns in the left and right sharpening grooves.
