Description:

Car igniter probe is an inductive capacitance probe that must be used with an oscilloscope to test the spark igniter's primary overlapping wave, secondary overlapping wave and other parameters to detect and diagnose the ignition state of the engine.
Change in the firing voltage of the cylinder over time is visually displayed from the oscilloscope. The pick-up line has three ends, one for the BNC connector to be used for the oscilloscope, one for the clip grounding, and one for the pick-up clip for the high-voltage line.
Pick-up clip is an attenuator that attenuates the picked high voltage to a low voltage to protect the oscilloscope from electrical shock.
Close to use, can be used to test a spark ignition secondary overlapping wave, overlapping wave parameters, thus achieved the detection, the diagnosis engine ignition position, make each cylinder ignition voltage changing with time directly from the oscilloscope display.

(1) The test clip should not be directly clamped to the spark plug and should be clamped on the insulated wire connecting the spark plug to prevent breakdown and electric shock.
