Description:

The consumable cleaning block is made of a crack resistant rubber foam material. It conveniently slides over standard 1.75mm diameter ABS, PLA or other 3D printing consumables.
Since most consumables are made of plastic, they are usually static and can absorb consumables or various debris in the workspace.
When the filament is pulled through the cleaning block, dust, hair, small plastic or other material scraps are wiped off the surface of the consumable.
As the hot end, extruders and nozzles become more complex and singulated, repair or replacement costs are high, and can also result in considerable printer downtime.
The cleaning block prevents this and can be printed without interruption.
