How To Use:

Please make it for fitting from your teeth as follows

Step 1: Put it to cup of warm water (70℃ to 80℃) till soft for about 10 seconds

Step 2: If it is soft, insert it to your upper teeth in mouth

Step 3: To memorize your mold of teeth, bite it 10~15 seconds

Step 4: If it is fit to your teeth, clean it with water and use it

If it is not fit to your mouth, you can fix it again from step 1
