Instruction:

Identify the left and right insoles. The surface with soft nodules should face up and the wider end should be at the forefoot. Attach the insole to the shoe and adjust the position so that your arch rests on top of the smooth cushion. Reusable: hand wash with warm water and soap, then air dry.
