For Connection, please follow up the belows:
1.adjust the input mode of HDMI input sources be HDMI in mode.
2.connect the device with HDMI cable
3.connect the device with the external power adapter we attach(5V 1A power adapter);
4.When the power on, the indicator light will shine, about 5 seconds the screen will show colorful picture, and show No Signal
5.Then connect Scart cable to your input sources, the screen will have audio and video output.

Note:

Our Scart to HDMI can support Max. 1080P 1920*1080, HDMI 1.3B version. If your HDMI device’s input is HDMI 1.4version 4K*2K or higher, please firstly make input resolution into 1080P 1920*1080. For SCART port, our output is CVBS, so please make sure SCART be CVBS mode.
